From Harvest to Pack
Kelor is grown with partner farms in Sumenep, then sorted, processed, dried, and packed in our hygienic line — a transparent harvest-to-pack process for B2B partners.
01 Kelor groves
Moringa groves in Pakandangan Sangra, Bluto, Sumenep — the Madura origin of every Moringa product.
02 Fresh-leaf receiving
Harvested kelor leaves arrive the same day and are sorted under cover before they enter the hygienic line.
03 Hygienic leaf sorting
Trained staff in food-grade attire sort leaves by hand, keeping only clean, intact foliage.
04 Stainless processing
Leaves are processed in stainless-steel vessels to protect color, aroma, and nutrition.
05 Spray drying
A closed stainless spray-dry system turns puree into stable, export-ready moringa powder.
06 Weighing & packing
Each batch is weighed into foil pouches under hygienic packing — ready for B2B shipment.
